Restoration Description
The Daimler limousine is used as a wedding car. A very rare coachbuilt car. The condition of the car, at first glance looked excellent, both inside and out. On closer inspection of the rear wing and it’s join to the sill corrosion could be seen, as it bubbled through the paint.
The car had been repaired in this area previously, but to a poor standard and did not last too long. Plates had been riveted on and hid further corrosion in the sills. This area needed immediate attention to stop further damage to the sills.
