Restoration Description
This Type 25 ‘Devon Conversion’ Camper Van from 1984 is growing in popularity. It may not yet be as collectable as the Type 2, but prices are now rising. This model, at first glance, looked in good condition, but corrosion was appearing in many areas.
The following work took place;
Replaced rusty front panel
Roof repairs
Tailgate rust holed bottom repairs
ns and os rear arches replaced
ns and os front steps replaced
door repairs
screen area repairs
Once the bodywork was completed, the van was treated to a full respray and new Joker decals. It’s now a beautiful example of an 80’s VW Camper Van, and ready for touring.
