Job Description
The BMW E9 3.0 csl was introduced in 1972, and bred for racing! To achieve the lightness the car was constructed with mix of steel body and aluminium panels.
This car required extensive restoration. The wings and other outer panels removed. Repairs and were made to structure, in all areas. The inner wings required work, before new outers could be fitted. Doors, Bonnet and bootlid were all restored.
Once the body had been fully restored, the entire shell was prep’d for painting, which included the underside. It was then finished in Red.
All restoration and painting was carried out in our workshops, to the customers exacting specification.
